  • Tap on the Windows Icon on the display, or Keyboard.
  • Tap on the Settings Icon.
  • Next, tap on Personalization.
  • Scroll down a bit and tap on Taskbar.

#Step 2: Using PowerShell Command

  • Press Windows+R to open Run, and then type Powershell in the text box.
  • When UAC asks for permission to open it, click Yes to give permission.

  • Next, once PowerShell has been opened, type in Get-AppxPackage which reveals all installed apps (both system & installed).
  • Find the Weather app from the list.
  • Now type and executeGet-AppxPackage bingweather | Remove-AppxPackage to remove it.

  • Press Windows+R to open Run, and then type gepedit.msc in the text box.

    Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Widgets
